Building A Brand With Jeremy Patton officially started fairly recently around the Great Conjunction of 2020, but truth be told BABWJP has been in the making for a very long time now. My name is Jeremy Patton, and this is a tad bit of the history behind Building A Brand WIth Jeremy Patton. As far back as I can remember, people have told me that I would grow up to do “great things” (whatever that means).
Because of this form of inception, I have always walked a straight and narrow path in my work ethic and any job I’ve ever held. I’ve approached every job with a humble approach, and I’ve learned as much as I could with each opportunity. I have learned and grown with every position I’ve ever had, and I’ve learned that no position is “below me” and that every position is vital for any company’s success.
I have worked in almost every service industry and learned the importance of having great customer service. I’ve learned how to be able to prioritize your customer and find common ground to resolve most issues that may arise. I’ve learned how to put myself in the shoes of the customer and analyze the best and most appropriate resolution that is within the power of my position.
From there I was introduced to the industrial world. I’ve worked in almost every type of warehouse, and I worked my way through most of the departments in each warehouse I’ve worked. I’ve held and learned positions from janitorial and maintenance duties, security, production, receiving, shipping, assembly, order fulfillment, inventory, and account management. I’ve been shift supervisor and executive assistant. I’ve worked with and have been a liaison of CEOs and Executive managers of large companies and I’ve helped manage their accounts.
I say all this to draw the connection to what I’m currently doing. Everything that I’ve learned in each of these positions I’ve been able to retain valuable experience that I’ve gathered over the years and now I’m taking all that knowledge and experience and putting it into my business ventures. Now that I’m focusing my energy on myself I’ve been exposed to so much more and I realize that learning and growth don’t stop, for there is always something new else that will get me closer to my goals that I can seek information on.
You can find the importance behind every position and retain those skills for your next position and or apply them to your business venture. I encourage you to analyze what you learned in your positions through your working history and see how you can apply those skills to yourself in addition to or instead of your 9 – 5.
Through informative videos and posts on this blog, I plan to share my perspective and to share information that I learn or hear about. The information that I share will be or has been thoroughly researched.
